We all think that Social network distracts us from just about every other educational opportunity that comes our way. However, you should at least learn a bit now. According to Facebook’s recent blog post, Artificial intelligence “Remains Mysterious” for most people even as they use it every day. “AI is going to bring major shifts in society through developments in self-driving cars, medical image analysis, better medical diagnosis, and personalized medicine. And it will also be the backbone of many of the most innovative apps and services of tomorrow. But for many, it remains mysterious.” The blog post was co-authored by Yann LeCun, head of Facebook’s AI Research, and Joaquin Quinonero Candela, who leads its Applied Machine Learning research division. They have created a series of educational videos that tell how AI works. These videos will help you to understand this field of computer science in a better way. Facebook’s Yann LeCun and Joaquin Quinonero Candela suggests that students must focus on Calc I, Calc II, Calc III, Linear Algebra, Probability and Statistics. “Take all the math class you can possibly take, including Calc I, Calc II, Calc III, Linear Algebra, Probability, and Statistics. Computer science, too, is essential; you’ll need to learn how to program. Engineering, economics, and neuroscience are also helpful.”
Here are the videos on the basics of AI:
