Blackberry Mercury has popped up online and it was spotted on one of the famous Benchmarking database website Geekbench. Blackberry Mercury is listed as Model number BBB100-1 on the Geekbench benchmarking database. Back in June several Blackberry rumors suggested that the Canadian company will launch three Android devices until Q1 of 2017, Blackberry DTEK50 is official already and DTEK60 is still unannounced. So, the BlackBerry device which is codenamed as Mercury might be the mysterious device spotted in the Geekbench database. The benchmark doesn’t reveals the whole lot of things but it throws lights on some of the key features of the upcoming phone from Blackberry. Blackberry mercury will run on Android version 7.0 (Nougat) and will have ARM Qualcomm @2.02 Ghz 1 processor, 8 cores. BlackBerry Mercury will come up with 3GB RAM and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset. According to GSMARENA, Blackberry Mercury is said to have 4.5 inches Full HD display and will feature a full physical QWERTY Keyboard underneath that. It will have 32GB of internal storage and will have 18MP primary camera and 8MP Front-facing a camera. So, we could expect that Mercury may be the next of the Android-powered device from Blackberry. We have to wait to see how much this rumor turns out to be true.
