This Latest Malware can Record Phone Calls, Browser History, & Control over Full Android Device

According to the researchers, the new “advanced” malware can also take full control over your Android phone. After taking control, the attackers can record audio, phone calls, view browser history, access Whatsapp messages, and more. In a blog post, the researchers explained that hackers can remotely execute commands and can execute different types of malicious actions once they take control of the system. The bug comes with an Android app called “System Update” which should be installed out of Google Play. The CEO of Zimperium Shridhar Mittal told, the Malware was a part of a targeted attack.
